An experience offering a tasting of k.ando’s April menu thoughtfully paired with a selection of Able Baker Brewing’s craft brews.For SecretBurger, we are offering:
1st Course – Sanbai Cucumbers and Excited State Pilsner
– Black vinegar marinated cucumbers, sliced red onion, sesame and almonds with a peppery, light and cleansing pilsner, the first step into the world of k.ando and Able Baker.
2nd Course – Mojito Yellowtail and Pineapple KaPow!Pow!
– Seared spring yellowtail, maple mesquite salmon caviar, and a mojito mint ponzu complemented by a bright, pineapple and guava forward sour, a perfect introduction into the world of sour beers.
3rd Course – Red-Eye Kabayaki Chicken Wings and Calutron Girl Hefeweizen
– Spiced, braised and fried chicken wings coated in a Thai basil and espresso Kabayaki sauce contrasted with the banana and clove palate of a refreshing hefeweizen.
4th Course – Your choice of k.ando’s signature Pork Katsu Sando or Beyond Menchi Katsu Sando, and K-Ration Coffee Imperial Stout
– Your choice of the miso rubbed and maple smoked Berkshire Pork Katsu or the vegetarian-friendly spiced and fried Beyond Menchi Katsu paired with the full-bodied, rich and aromatic experience of Able Baker’s Coffee Imperial Stout, a bold finish to this one of a kind experience.
