Therapy, downtown Las Vegas’ urban chic American gastropub and lounge springs forward and adds innovative offerings and springtime delights to its brunch, lunch, dinner and happy hour menus. 

Beginning Thursday, March 12th, Fremont Street foodies can savor any or all of Therapy’s 16 new dishes created by award-winning Executive Chef Aaron Thomas.

Therapy guests can begin with brunch and indulge in its freshly reimagined flavorful French Toast Sundae (strawberry cream pie French toast, hot fudge, vanilla, candied walnuts, whipped cream) or dabble during the day with new happy hour staples like Pig Wings (smoked, roasted & fried pork shank, gremolata, summer berry BBQ sauce), Deep Fried Calamari (fire roasted pineapple & cayenne reduction, pickled jalapeno, lime crème fraiche) and Grandma’s Cake Bites (bite-sized date cake with toffee sauce). Lunch lovers can curb their mid-day munchies with additions like Charred Brussels Sprouts (fried brussels, pickled blackberry, blackberry crema, pistachio, lemon), a kickin’ Nashville Chicken sandwich (crispy chicken breast, candied bacon, tangy slaw, sweet pickles, fries) and a larger-than-life triple-layered lobster Grilled Cheese (lobster & crab grilled cheese on brioche, summer slaw, fries) – perfect for sharing.

Therapy’s spring dinner menu includes the following mouthwatering features:

Hamachi Crudo | gojuchang cured, beets, pickled Japanese plums, orange supremes, nori

Beef Tartare | topped with egg yolk & parmesan, served with house-made pickles & foie gras biscotti

Grilled Romaine | hearts of romaine, roasted heirloom tomato, labneh, green goddess, yucca chips

Korean-Style Pork Chop | 14 oz bone-in marinated duroc pork chop, forbidden rice, kimchi, assorted vegetables

Grilled Lobster | butter poached & grilled, avocado panna cotta, limoncello, crispy onions, mache

Wild Isle Salmon | pan seared salmon, steamed baja clams, herb farro, dashi broth

Tortellini | sundried tomato & parmesan, char-grilled mexican onions, tomato jus, basil cologne

Therapy’s elevated spring cocktail menu includes a mix of light, crisp flavors and dessert-worthy indulgences fit for pairing. New libations like The Smash, Peanut Butter Jelly Time, Sore Bae and St. Therapy offer cocktail connoisseurs deeper liquor flavorings while combinations like Summer Fashion, Mango Ricky, Mexican Candy, Gin N Out, Fuego and Hakuna Ma Vodka take your taste buds on a tropical vacation!
