Following the reopening of the luxury casino-resort earlier this month, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas announces the continued reopening of additional venues, amenities and other special offers as the 4th of July holiday and peak summer season approaches. This includes the return of Dive In Movies and extended hours at The Pool Marquee; the debut of new entertainment at Rose. Rabbit. Lie.; Wicked SpoonDrybar; and new offers for locals and first responders at Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam as well as 24/7 on-site COVID-19 and antibody testing at REVIV. The safety and security of guests remains The Cosmopolitan’s top priority, as the resort continues to enforce it health and safety standards that meet or exceed those set forth by local, state, and national authorities. Advanced safety measures include: face coverings required for all guests and employees, increased on-site security to ensure proper social distancing measures and personal safety amenities provided in each guest room. The Cosmopolitan’s chat bot and 24/7 digital concierge, Rose, provides contactless assistance via text for room service ordering, restaurant reservations, housekeeping requests, as well as check-in and check-out information. Dive In Movies at Boulevard Pool

Monday evenings, July 6 – Sept. 7 at 7 p.m.

Dive In Movies at Boulevard Pool returns this summer beginning Monday, July 6. Guests of all ages can revel in the spectacle as Boulevard Pool’s 65-foot digital marquee screens their favorite blockbuster films from high above The Strip. With unobstructed views of both the marquee screen and the Las Vegas skyline, guests can enjoy a curated food and beverage menu along with daybed and lounge seating available for booking. The Pool Marquee at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers an amplified, more mature pool experience by day and an escape under the stars at night for guests 21 years or older with reservations. Surrounded by the energy of the Las Vegas Strip, The Pool Marquee is the perfect daytime escape: a truly experiential evolution of music, food and sunlight. The Barbershop is reminiscent of the prohibition-era, a time when whiskey and liquor were king and word of mouth was gold. Wicked Spoon

Now open Thursday-Sunday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Wicked Spoon welcomes guests back with an exquisite new lineup of globally inspired culinary creations. Open for brunch every Thursday – Sunday, guests will enjoy Wicked Spoon’s signature bold flavors during the revamped buffet experience. Attendants serving individually plated items will offer guests a global taste of menu items, including a Latin station featuring a delectable selection of ceviche, tacos, and other South American favorites; breakfast and brunch featuring scrambles, quiche, French toast, and pancakes;  an Asian station with duck wings, charred Korean short ribs, spiced Korean rice cakes, and more; and lastly, the grill boasting crab legs and variety of delectable meats. In addition to the various stations, parties can order from a vast menu of family-style items and indulge in bottomless beverage packages starting at $17 per person. Specialty 4th of July items will be available for a limited time, including a specialty barbecue station and festive desserts including red, white and blue panna cotta and strawberry shortcake. Each party is allotted a two-hour dining window, and reservations are strongly encouraged. Pricing starts at $20 for children (4-10 years old) and $36 for adults.

Estiatorio Milos

Now open for lunch Thursday-Sunday, 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Guests can indulge in a summer escape with the flavors of Greece at Estiatorio Milos, now open for lunch and dinner. Milos’ signature $29 prix fixe lunch menu features three courses of refreshing Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Al fresco dining is available on the patio featuring views of the Las Vegas Strip.

China Poblano

Locals offer available Sunday-Tuesday
