Romantic Valentine’s Day Offerings on The Las Vegas Strip
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and here are a few options for celebration up and down the Las Vegas Strip (Pictured: The Barrymore).
The Barrymore, located just off the Strip at the Royal Resort, will offer a romantic three-course meal prepared by Chef Martin Dominguez. The menu features options including the beet salad with white balsamic vinaigrette; the lobster tart, stuffed with sweet butter poached main lobster, beehive cheddar and bur rouge sauce; bacon wrapped scallops with English pea risotto and filet Diane topped with caramelized vidalia onion and wild mushroom ragu with port demi sauce. Dessert options include dark chocolate caramelized orange custard tart, praline white chocolate truffle, raspberry limoncello sorbet and toasted hazelnut tulle. The prix fixe menu is priced at $70 per person.
Down the road at Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza, Chef John Alers will offer the sweet Nutella Pizza, topped with Nutella Hazelnut spread, strawberry, banana, candied macadamia nut, powdered sugar and whipped cream exclusively on Valentine’s Day. Perfect for couples and singles alike, the pie is priced at $14.
At The Cosmopolitan, Holsteins Shakes and Buns will offer a special Heartbreaker Bam-Boozled shake from Feb. 9 to Feb. 14. Filled to the brim with vanilla ice cream, strawberry cereal, strawberries, white chocolate crunchies, chocolate swirl and berry vodka, the shake is finished with a frosted rim covered in red sanding sugar, broken heart strawberry red velvet whoopee pie, strawberry Mike & Ikes, sweet conversation hearts, a chocolate covered strawberry and a strawberry Pocky stick ($15).
