Electronic Music Duo Gorgon City to Bring ‘Escape City Tour’ to Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, Nov. 3
British electronic music heavy-hitters Gorgon City will bring their North American “Escape City Tour” to the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center on Saturday, November 3. The high-energy show will present the band’s fist-pumping hits while also supporting their upcoming sophomore album, Escape

Producer King Henry will serve as the show’s dynamic opening act.

Originating from North London, England, Gorgon City is made up of electronic music producers Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matt “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott. The duo rose in popularity after the 2013 single “Real,” reaching #44 on UK Singles Chart and “Ready For Your Love,” reaching #4. They released their first studio album Sirens in 2014.

This year, Gorgon City returns with their sophomore album Escape featuring tracks “Go Deep,” “Hear That” and “One Last Song.” The project will showcase sonic diversity, ranging from more downtempo and relaxed summer anthems to club-ready productions, influenced by the duo’s gruff basslines and deep house-inspired chords. The album will also contain last summer’s hit “Real Life,” a Balearic-beat anthem created with DJ and producer Duke Dumont.

LA based, GRAMMY-nominated producer King Henry will open for Gorgon City with his infectious melodic productions. Focused on making his mark in the pop music world, King Henry has already received major music accomplishments including co-writing & co-producing on Major Lazer’s “Cold Water,” “All Night” by Beyoncé, and “Nothing Without You” by The Weeknd.

Local tickets will go on sale Friday, August 3 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at www.dlvec.com, start at $35 plus applicable fees and will include a digital copy of Escape. Doors for the show open at 6 p.m.
