Culinary Dropout Unveils The Joint Prix Fixe Menu for Concert Goers at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

Beginning at 5 p.m. on concert nights, the edgy gastropub will offer a $25 two-course menu for attendees to savor before heading to The Joint. With upcoming shows from legendary rock band Def Leppard to one of the leading men of country music, Kenny Chesney, the award-winning venue offers music fans a wide collection of live shows. Concert enthusiasts will now have a place to indulge their appetite for tasty grub with the pre-concert offering before feeding their hunger for anthems and power ballads.

Featuring the restaurant’s signature fare, guests can begin their harmonious meal with a paper bag special beer and their choice of appetizer from the scrumptious soft pretzels and provolone fondue or the restaurant’s house salad with creamy buttermilk ranch dressing. Conclude the spread with a standing ovation and choice of entrée including the crispy fried chicken served with mashed potatoes and warm buttermilk biscuits or the Ma…The Meatloaf!?! with a side of fresh green beans, potatoes and gravy.

Along with the prix fixe menu, Def Leppard fans will revel in unique cocktails available during the band’s limited engagement from March 22 through April 13. Inspired by the band’s iconic hits, the cocktails will get guests rocking till they drop with the Strawberry Sugar on Me pouring gin, strawberry simple syrup, lemon and sparkling wine. Love Bites stirs up Belvedere vodka, lemon and madras bitters, and Let’s Get Rocked shakes things up with rum, snap liqueur, ginger beer and a splash of lime.

Culinary Dropout is open seven days a week: Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. to close, Friday from 11 close, Saturday from 10 a.m. to close and Sunday from 10 a.m. to close. For reservations, call (702) 522-8100.
