The Scott Missner Toy Project on the Saturday before Christmas was a huge success! Hook Jaw Net Radio received over 500 toy donations from all over the country for 5 of Southern Nevada’s most needed communities (Photo credit: Aaron Garcia).

The donations ranged from action figures to over 20 bikes! Robert Blasi played the role of Santa and Christina “CC” Christensen was Santa’s helper, together they offered the kids an instant picture and of course a toy.

A statement from Robert was made available on the day of the event: “Many children would not have received a toy this year, The Scott Missner Toy Project is about those communities that sometimes get overlooked by other charities and we did a lot of good!” It’s estimated that the Hook Jaw team helped over 400 children this year. The charity was renamed this year to honor Hook Jaw’s #1 fan, Scott Missner, who died suddenly this past summer.
