Auld Dubliner, the authentic Irish pub at The Village at Lake Las Vegas, is now serving breakfast on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Guests can enjoy breakfast favorites such as Irish Cream French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Brown Bread and Lox and Old Fashioned Irish Oatmeal. Tender diced corned beef and red potato make up the Homemade Corned Beef Hash and are topped with two eggs any style covered in Hollandaise sauce. The Breakfast Boxty, a sure favorite, is a blend of Jack and Cheddar cheeses, three eggs scrambled, green onion, your choice of apple wood smoked bacon, corned beef, Irish bacon or turkey all wrapped in a traditional Irish potato pancake and served with crispy curried red potato home fries.
Auld Dubliner features an authentic Irish menu with a wide variety of premium beers and spirits from Coastal and Southern Ireland as well as American favorites. Regular menu items range from traditional corned beef and cabbage, beef stew and Shepherd’s Pie to grilled salmon and delicious specialty salads.
The pub is open from 12 p.m. (noon) to 2 a.m. daily. Food is served until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Locals can enjoy 10 percent off of food items and join Auld Dubliner for $5 Recession Happy Hour nightly from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Thursday nights, patrons can enjoy “Pint Night” from 6 p.m. to close with $4 specialty pints that are served in a take-home glass.
Guests can enjoy live music at Auld Dubliner Thursday through Sunday. Local bands perform from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Thursday nights, 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Friday nights and 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoons.
