Border Grill Las Vegas Adds New Bold Dishes and Bevvies to Weekend Border Brunch

Yucatan Egg Benedict
Border Grill Las Vegas
, located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, has added several new vibrant dishes and refreshing drinks to its mouthwatering weekend Border Brunch menu. This popular, all-you-can-eat small plates experience is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm and is the perfect destination for morning after delights.

“When we launched the brunch last year, we were blown away with how popular it became and have decided to not only keep it going but to increase our food and beverage menu so our guests can taste even more of these great dishes,” said Mike Minor, executive chef of Border Grill Las Vegas.

The updated brunch menu includes distinctive, Border Grill-style fare, such as Bacon Jalapeño PBJ, Peruvian Shrimp and Grits, Mexican chocolate pancakes, Bread Pudding French Toast, Frittata Tart, Mexican Rice Pudding, Breakfast Enchilada, and Short Rib Hash and Egg. Rounding out the menu is Border Grill’s famous dulce de leche-infused Churro Tots, an episode winning dish from season three of Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters.”

In addition to these zesty new items, the menu also features an array of drink specials to please the palate, including hot and iced coffee drinks, refreshing aguas frescas, and hand-crafted cocktails such as Border Bloody Maria, Border Bacon Mary, Border Bloody Caesar, and Fresh Strawberry Mojito, which range in price from $3 – $14. The cost for the all-you-can-eat small plates Border Brunch is $29.99 per person (before tax and tip). And for only $5 more, guests can add bottomless mimosas with four flavors to choose from–pomegranate, peach, orange, and Kinky liqueur.
