World renowned artist Michael Godard will host a special event at the Michael Godard Art Gallery, located inside the Rio Hotel and Casino. The event will take place on Saturday, March 31 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Fans and art collectors will have the opportunity to see a brand new piece unveiled, purchase art, meet Godard and have pieces personally autographed as part of this event. Godard is also giving back to Las Vegas’ favorite charity, Opportunity Village, by raffling off one of his highly coveted pieces, with all proceeds going to the organization’s Art Enrichment Program. Opportunity Village is a not-for-profit organization that serves people within the Las Vegas community with intellectual disabilities, to enhance their lives and the lives of their families. Tickets for the raffle will be available for $10.00 each, or 7 tickets for $50.00. Guests will also have the special opportunity to purchase a piece created by one of Opportunity Village’s Art Enrichment students, with half the proceeds going to that individual, and the other half going back to the program.
