LBS Burger Joint at Red Rock Resort will urge diners to give back to the planet in a delicious way this Earth Day. The gourmet burger spot will donate all proceeds from their ‘Urth’ Burger on Sunday, April 22, to Las Vegas’ nature-centered attraction, Springs Preserve.
Being kind to the earth will never be as tasty as it will be with the’ ‘Urth’ Burger. The dish features a house made vegan patty, topped with fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, cool cucumber, refreshing sprouts and creamy avocado slices, priced at $13.
The sister restaurants of LBS Burger Joint will also be donating to the cause with the ‘Urth’ Burger Earth Day offering. Guests can enjoy the tasty meal, while supporting a great cause, at Holstein’s inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Pink’s Hot Dogs at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978, the Springs Preserve is a 180-acre cultural institution designed to commemorate Las Vegas’ dynamic history and to provide a vision for a sustainable future. The Preserve features museums, galleries, outdoor events, colorful botanical gardens and an interpretive trail system through a scenic wetland habitat.
