September 30, 2008 by

Pop rock music sensation Jonas Brothers will bring its amazing live performance to the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday, Nov. 29. The chart-topping band is scheduled to take the stage at 8 p.m.

Jonas Brothers’ meteoric rise as a pop culture phenomenon started in August 2007 with the release of their self-titled debut album on Hollywood Records which has since been certified platinum. On iTunes, the band has had six consecutive No. 1 singles including “S.O.S.,” “When You Look Me In The Eyes,” “Burnin’ Up,” “Pushin’ Me Away,” “Tonight” and “A Little Bit Longer.” They released their latest album, A Little Bit Longer, in August 2008 to critical praise and its first single, “Burnin’ Up,” debuted as the No. 1 most added single on Top 40 radio. It also set a record for most requests in 24 hours for Radio Disney’s radio request phone lines. Jonas Brothers are the first band to have three albums on iTunes Top 10 at the same time.

The band recently was featured on the cover of Rolling Stone and is the youngest group to hold that distinct honor. Attendance for their 2008 tours, which included the Look Me In The Eyes tour and Burning Up tour, surpassed one million fans. The band has been filming a 3-D concert and behind-the-scenes feature length movie for Walt Disney Studios scheduled for release in February 2009. Their recent tours also were photographed for a fall 2008 release of their first book which will be published by the Disney Book Group.

Jonas Brothers started its summer with the premiere of Disney Channel’s Original Movie Camp Rock. Their short form reality series, Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream, airs on Disney Channels worldwide and they have begun production on their new original series, J.O.N.A.S., to premiere in spring 2009 on Disney Channel.
