M Resort Spa CasinoFor the third consecutive year, the M Resort Spa Casino was honored with a Forbes Four-Star Award by Forbes Travel Guide. The resort’s spa, Spa Mio also received Four Star recognition for the second year in a year. The Awards represent the best of the best in hotels, restaurants and spas and serve as a guidepost for discerning consumers.

“This is an outstanding achievement and one that would not have been possible without the support from our team members,” said Jody Lake, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the M Resort. “They are committed to consistently delivering a memorable service experience to our guests and this recognition is a direct reflection of their hard work.”

The 390-room boutique resort opened in March 2009 and caters to out-of-town guests and Las Vegas locals. The resort has already earned numerous accolades including the coveted titles of “Best Buffet in Las Vegas” and “Best Locals Hotel” from the city’s daily newspaper. The property was also recognized as having the most innovative slot floor and was named one of the Top 10 U.S. Relaxation/Spa Hotels by travel website TripAdvisor.

Forbes Travel Guide, formerly Mobil Travel Guide, has defined the standard of excellence in hotel, restaurant and spa experiences since 1958. The rigorous rating process begins with a facility inspection that considers every aspect of the property, including its overall cleanliness, condition and location. To achieve Forbes Travel Guide Four and Five Star status, properties must meet or exceed the bar-setting service standards, which are determined through an unannounced, undercover service evaluation conducted by Forbes Travel Guide’s expert inspectors.

M Resort Spa Casino is located on over 90 acres at 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. S. on the southeast corner of St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard. Situated higher in elevation than other resort-casinos on the Las Vegas Strip, the M Resort provides optimal views of the world-famous Las Vegas skyline from its guest rooms, suites, conference center and restaurants. The resort offers 390 guest rooms and suites, over 92,000 square feet of gaming, six restaurant and six destination bars, more than 60,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center and a 100,000 square foot events piazza.
