Tattoo mogul Mario Barth brings his record-breaking Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth to Las Vegas Sept. 30 - Oct. 2 at The Mirage Resort and Casino. The annual convention, expecting a crowd of more than 40,000, is the world’s largest skin and body modification convention.
Ghet-O-Vision/Shady Records/DGC/Interscope recording artist Yelawolf will kick off festivities, attending the opening party Friday, Sept. 30, at 10:00 PM at Mario Barth’s King Ink inside The Mirage Resort and Casino. In addition, Porcelain Black will perform her hit “This Is What Rock and Roll Looks Like,” at 10:00 PM on Saturday, Oct. 1, and rock band Black Tide will be performing songs off their new DGC/Interscope album “Post Mortem,” at 10:00 PM on Sunday, Oct. 2.
The convention is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the general public to be tattooed by the world’s top artists from around the globe. Industry icons from Japan and Samoa that are otherwise unavailable have been flown in to Las Vegas to work on convention goers. There will also be live performances and musical acts at the expo.
Mario Barth’s 2011 Biggest Tattoo Show On Earth with seminars and one-on-one sessions being taught by the businesses’ top ink professionals—including Barth himself—in in topics such as business finance, pending legislation, shop design, tattooing techniques, piercing and body modification. The conference will also host celebrity appearances and tattoo contests.
