Imagine Dragons Showcase New EP at The Hard Rock Cafe On The Strip May 13

Fresh from their second West Coast tour, Imagine Dragons return home for an EP release party on Friday May, 13, 2011, at Hard Rock Cafe on The Strip at 8 p.m. The show is presented by 107.9 FM, The Alternative and will also feature special guests, including Parade of Lights.

Tickets are $13, plus applicable fees, and go on-sale Friday, April 15 at 10 a.m. at www.ticketweb.com or at the Hard Rock Cafe Box Office; ages 18 and up.

It’s Time is the third EP from the high-energy quintet, which boasts eight new tracks, including the title track, kicking-off a collection of diverse sounds. Tracks include “Leave Me,” “Amsterdam,” “Look How Far We’ve Come,” and the powerful and moving “America.” The new songs reflect a more mature sound from Imagine Dragons, while maintaining the anthemic, pop-sensible tunes the group’s fans have come to know and love.

Imagine Dragons has received attention across the U.S. from industry professionals and fans alike, continuously growing their loyal fan base. The most recent West Coast tour with The Parlotones was highly successful, with sold-out shows along the West Coast ending with a final packed performance at L.A.’s The Viper Room. They have won back-to-back battle of the bands and have opened for a number of big name and indie acts including Weezer, Interpol, The Temper Trap, Hot Chip and others.
