Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Chef Partner Travis Herbert offers recipes and tips for a memorable holiday meal with a cooking demonstration at Williams-Sonoma in Summerlin.
Based off of Fleming’s current “Memorable Meal” for two special– available now through December 15 – the class menu will feature Caesar Salad with King Crab Crostini, Cellar Master’s Steak and Maine Lobster Tail, Maple Roasted Baby Carrots and Carrot Cake with Dark Rum Caramel. Chef Travis will walk guests through some key cooking techniques and offer advice on adding a holiday twist with traditional spices and flavors.
