The Palace Station Hotel and Casino is proud to host legendary comedian Louie Anderson as he joins the Palace Station family with the opening of “Louie: LOL” presented by Bonkerz Comedy Productions in the new Louie Anderson Theater. Anderson will be the first resident headliner in the history of Station Casinos and this marks Anderson’s first showroom named after him.
“Very few headliners in the history of Las Vegas have had the privilege of having their own theater. I’m ecstatic to be joining the Station Casinos family and am looking forward to playing to more locals as well as tourists in my own theater!” said Anderson.
Station Casinos jumped at the chance to have Anderson headline in his own showroom with its intimate setting and diverse mix of a local and tourist audience.
“We’re thrilled to have a comedian of Louie Anderson’s caliber headlining in our venue,” said Joe Sanfelippo, owner of Bonkerz Comedy Productions.
The Louie Anderson Theater is an intimate showroom that caters to up to 250 guests. Anderson’s move to Palace Station has resulted in both the name change to honor his move and well as a transformation of the room to all things “Louie.” It’s the first time Station Casinos has ever had a resident headliner and named one of its venues after a particular person.
