On Saturday, June 19, Southern Nevada’s bravest will gear up for the 11th Annual “Fire and Rain” Firefighter Bachelor Auction, hosted by the Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation. Join 18 of Southern Nevada’s most eligible bachelors at RAIN Nightclub inside the Palms Casino Resort for music and live entertainment. With the assistance of 50 other volunteer firefighters, the bachelors will be auctioned to a dedicated crowd to raise dollars to benefit the Burn Foundation’s programs and services.

The “Fire and Rain” Firefighter Bachelor Auction is guaranteed to be a lively evening and will include entertaining packaged live auction and raffle items. Admission is $30 pre-sale for women ($35 at the door day of event) and $60 for men ($70 at the door). Tickets may be purchased beginning mid-May on the Foundation’s website at:

“It is our responsibility as a community organization to provide help and fire safety awareness for Southern Nevada families in need,” said Nino Galloway Anthony Galloway, President of the Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation. “Fundraising events like the Firefighter Bachelor Auction bring the city of Las Vegas together as a community to help these families in their time of need. Burn injury, whether accidental or inflicted, remains one of the leading causes of childhood death and disfigurement in the United States. The support we receive from the public is so vital in making our fundraising events a success.”

The Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation, a non-profit organization guided by valley firefighters from Clark County Fire Department, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, North Las Vegas Fire Department, Nellis Fire Department and Henderson Fire Department, is a charitable organization that reaches out to the Southern Nevada community, as well as the local Red Cross chapter, during catastrophic situations and lends a hand in areas where other organizations are unable to help. The organization provides assistance for sick or injured children through financial aid, clothing and furniture donations. More than 40,000 Las Vegas Valley residents have benefited from the Burn Foundation in the past two years and the organization has raised more than $1,150,000 for the Southern Nevada community since 2003.
