As one of the only experiences available for guests to enjoy this holiday season, Glittering Lights remains a safe holiday attraction to drive through from the comfort, warmth and safety of your vehicle. Contributing to the festive fun, December dates at Glittering Lights are sure to ramp up the holiday spirit, including a free night for first responders courtesy of Subaru of Las Vegas. Plus, the holiday show is open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!
Key December Dates
First Responder Night – Dec. 1
Subaru of Las Vegas spreads some love to community first responders with a free night at the lights. On Dec. 1, first responders including EMTs, firefighters, and police officers are welcome to drive through Glittering Lights free of charge. For admission, guests must show proof of service ID.

Subaru Loves to Care for First Responders, because First Responders Love to Care for those in need!”
Crumbl Cookie Night – Dec. 5
The Crumbl Cookie team will pass out a sweet treat sample at the lights, while supplies last.
The Neon Forest Partner Night – Dec. 6 & 7
This year, Glittering Lights introduced The Neon Forest presented by Southwest Medical Associates, a magical place within the Glittering Lights experience that is lined with glowing trees from side to side. Southwest Medical Associates will be celebrating the activation benefitting Project 150 on Dec. 6 and 7.
“Project 150 is excited to be a charity partner at Glittering Lights during this holiday season,” says Kelli Kristo, Executive Director of Project 150. “We are beyond grateful for our ongoing partnership with Southwest Medical Associates and for their sponsorship of the Neon Forest. This is such a challenging time for so many families in our community this year and we are glad that we can be a part of spreading some holiday cheer for them.”
Glittering Lights invited businesses and community members to sponsor a neon lit tree in The Neon Forest with proceeds assisting in Project 150’s support and services to homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students in Clark County. Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing Night – Dec. 11 & 16
Glittering Lights presenting partner will be on-site with flashlights and goodies, while supplies last.
Santa Selfie Station – Dec. 4-23 (select nights)
The all new Santa Selfie Station from Silver State Schools Credit Union debuts on Dec. 4, 2020. This attraction within Glittering Lights is offered on select nights with limited time slots, and includes Christmas caroling, the opportunity to take a selfie with Santa, treats for purchase, and entry through the Fast Pass lane on some of the busiest nights.
Fast Pass Nights – Dec. 1, 4, 6, 11-13, 17-27
In a hurry? Book Fast Pass powered by Diamondback Land Surveying to speed past the longer general ticket lines on select peak nights. On extreme busy nights, please note even with a fast pass ticket there is still a wait period, just less of a wait than general tickets.
Holidays – Dec. 24, 25, 31 (and Jan. 1!)
Glittering Lights is open on holidays! Spend your Christmas Eve, Christmas Night, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day at the lights with your family.
‘Living Nativity’ Nights – On Pause
The Glittering Lights fan-favorite Living Nativity is currently paused, awaiting further direction from the Governor to see if the live enacted nativity can resume. In its place is a nativity set that is open nightly. The nativity is a gift from Sudden Impact Auto Body & Collision Repair.
Glittering Lights Tickets
A portion of every ticket sold benefits Speedway Children’s Charities, providing funding for hundreds of children’s charities throughout Southern Nevada that meet the direct needs of children.
- Carload Ticket – One ticket per car. You drive your own car through the lights.
- Carload Value Ticket (Mon-Thurs, some blackout dates) $25 per vehicle

- Fast Pass powered by Diamondback Land Surveying – Offered on select peak nights for shortened wait times.
- By appointment only on peak nights $55 per vehicle

Goodwill of Southern Nevada offers a $5 discounted entry voucher for Glittering Lights with a donation of clothing or household items.
Area Boy Scout Troops sell concessions at the lights to gain interpersonal, money management and leadership skills while earning money for their activities.
HELPFUL TIP: Glittering Lights is managing an influx of guests as one of the only safe and social distancing friendly holiday events operating this season. Load up the car and make a night out of viewing the lights and plan family fun car activities to keep the kids on Santa’s nice list. Glittering Lights celebrates 20 spectacular years of holiday tradition in Southern Nevada. Jingle that sleigh to Las Vegas Motor Speedway – only 10 minutes from fabulous downtown Las Vegas for Nevada’s largest holiday drive-thru light show featuring more than five million lights amongst a 2.5-mile course that intertwines through the speedway. Glittering Lights is open nightly, Nov. 13, 2020 through Jan. 10, 2021.
