Bazaar Meat, Chef José Andrés’ celebration of the carnivorous, located at SAHARA Las Vegas, announces new dining and drink specials, including a decadent Wagyu and Brisket Burger.
Every Sunday, guests can enjoy half off select bottles of wine, as well as a cocktail and appetizer special for two available only at Bar Centro, featuring two glasses of red or white sangria and an order of Croquetas for $30.
In addition, Chef Alex Pitts has developed an irresistible burger featuring a blend of Wagyu short rib and brisket, topped with shredded iceberg, special sauce and pub cheese, on a homemade bun. Served with fries and house-made ketchup, this burger is available for $22 in both the restaurant and Bar Centro during operating hours, which are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Since welcoming back resort guests, SAHARA Las Vegas has followed a comprehensive outline of health and safety protocols under the resort’s SAHARA Cares program. Under this program, a number of contactless solutions were developed to assist with social distancing measures.
