Pot Roast Melt Sandwich made with Gruyere cheese, demi-glaze and caramelized onions, all piled high on artisanal brioche bun. Served with a craft beer of choice— $15
8oz. Skirt Steak and Eggs made with charred tomatillo chimichurri, two eggs any style, and black beans. Served with a craft beer of choice— $20
Reservations are recommended by calling (702) 625-5216. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
ABOUT THE STOVE
The Stove features multi-dimensional design dining experiences by celebrity chef Scott Commings, celebrated Vegas Valley local chef, Antonio Nunez, and General Contractor Steve Grodkiewicz of Established Culinary Management. Leisurely lounging at the main bar overlooking the main dining room with a pastry bar sets the scene for the backdrop of the restaurant. The adjacent room has the feel of a speakeasy as you enter, but the setting of a Mad Hatter tea room with an edgy, one-of-a-kind twist to service. New to the restaurant’s offering is the Chambong (champagne-meets-bong) experience all set to breathtaking views of the Valley.
