Escape from the “Five O’Clock World” and Unwind with The Vogues at Eastside Cannery
American singing quartet, The Vogues, bring their fresh original blend of sounds to the Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel Friday, May 22 and Saturday, May 23. The performance takes place each night at 8 p.m. at Marilyn’s Lounge inside Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel. Tickets are $10.00 (including tax and fees) and can be purchased at the ticket sales counter at the Hotel Front Desk.
Following the release of their first smash hit, “You’re the One,” The Vogues still continue to attract sellout audiences at concerts and club appearances across the country. “You’re the One” quickly rose to number four on the Billboard Hot 100, followed by “Five O’Clock World.” Many hits followed including the top ten releases, “Turn Around And Look At Me,” “My Special Angel,” and “Magic Town”.
The Vogues created a sound that was a fresh, original blend of vocal harmony that left an indelible mark in the world of popular music. The group was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2001 and remains one of the top vocal groups of today.
