Siena Italian Announces Fresh New Summer Offerings and Special Family Meal Deal
Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli, located in the Summerlin neighborhood of Las Vegas, launches new menu offerings and a family meal deal special for the summer season.
The fresh summer menu includes a variety of entrees, appetizers, and a specialty cocktail that perfectly complement the warm summer days. Bringing in new seasonal items for guests to enjoy is important to owner and Executive Chef, Giancarlo Bomparola. “We always strive to bring our guests new seasonal menu items to enjoy,” he said. “A personal favorite of mine is the Burrata e Tomato & Rucola, which features juicy in-season tomatoes and fresh made pesto sauce. I know it will be a new best seller!”
Guests can indulge in new appetizers like the Salmon and Crab Meat Cakes made with homemade tomato breadcrumbs and served with aioli sauce, or Prosciutto e Melone with fresh cantaloupe melon and imported prosciutto. New summer entrees include Paccheri Contadina, a sautéed sausage and peppers pasta dish made with fragrant herbs, tomato sauce and a touch of cream, Zuppa Di Pesce with clams, scallops, shrimp, fish of the day and lobster tail in a tomato fish broth, and a pan-seared Filet Mignon served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
On the lunch menu is the new Spicy Chicken Gustoso sandwich, a breaded chicken cutlet served with heirloom tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella, garlic aioli, and Mancini hot giardiniera on freshly baked onion bread. The seasonal cocktail offering is Siena’s take on an Italian summer classic, the Milano Spritz made with Aperol, prosecco and soda water over ice, garnished with a slice of lemon.
Additionally, the family meal deal makes its return to Siena and includes a specialty three-course meal with selections that change daily. Priced at $58, family meals serve up to four guests and include a choice of soup or salad, one fresh loaf of bread, one entrée, and dessert. Selections include entrees like freshly made Penne Alla Vodka, Pollo Marsala, Eggplant Parmesan, Salmon Piccata and more. Guests can take advantage of additional specials like a platter of classic Lasagna that serves up to 8 guests for $34, a Sicilian Pizza for $17 and select wine and liquor bottles for 20 percent off.
Siena Italian will be having some fun with Spumoni Day on Friday, August 21, offering a special promotion where the spumoni gelato will be priced based on the temps outside. If predictions hold for Friday, guests can beat the heat with the triple-layered gelato dessert for just $1.09.
