Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Dining Specials at Rampart Casino

The Rampart Casino will celebrate Valentine’s Day on Sunday, February 14 with dining specials at The Carmel Room, Promenade Café and Rampart Buffet.

Valentine’s Day Menus

Carmel Room is offering three dinner specials as well as an a la carte menu. The “Head over Heels” Three-Course Dinner includes a choice of one appetizer, entrée and dessert for $50.00. The “Crazy Love” Five-Course Dinner includes two appetizers, two entrées and a dessert for $88.00. Couples looking to go all-out for Valentine’s Day can enjoy the “Passions Peak” Six-course Dining Spectacular for Two. This special menu includes a rare bottle of Dom Perignon Rose, Two Dozen Roses, and Jean Phillippe Maury Truffles for $700.00. The package also includes personalized service from Rampart Executive Chef John Ciborski and Manager Terry Janjua.

The menu will feature special dishes for Valentine’s Day. Appetizers will consist of Red and Yellow Belgian Endive Salad with Green and White Asparagus, Babe Farms Lettuces and Rouge Valley Bleu Cheese Drizzle for $10.00 or a Between the Sea Scallops enveloped in Puff Pastry with Black Truffles & Veal Glace for $12.00. Choice of two Entrées consists of Crispy Skin Thai Snapper with Salinas artichokes, honey glazed carrots and caviar sauce for $30.00 or Grilled Country Natural Beef Tenderloin with braised Ruiz Farms Red Cabbage and Quince Zinfandel Reduction for $34.00. Dessert is a duo of Valrhona Chocolate Mousse Tulip, Chocolate Cigarettes and Fresh Raspberry Meringues for $8.00.

Promenade Café will offer their special three-course $13.95 Valentine’s Day Menu from 4:00-10:00 p.m. Appetizers consist of Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad or Roasted Chicken & Beet Bisque with ricotta and herb crostini & crispy prosciutto. Entrées include a choice of Herb Roasted Tenderloin with roasted root vegetables and garlic & goat cheese mashed potatoes, Rotisserie Roasted Cornish Hen with pineapple wild rice & roasted spring vegetables, Poached Fresh Alaskan Black Cod with sautéed spinach, citrus cous cous & fresh vegetables or a Portabella Purse filled with roasted peppers, spinach and feta cheese. Dessert options consist of Passion Fruit Mousse Parfait with Chocolate Truffle Pop and Three Berry Shortcake with Hazelnut Whipped Cream.

Rampart Buffet will be having a special menu from 4:00-9:30 p.m. for $17. All ladies will receive a special chocolate gift. The “Valentine’s Day Hearts on Fire Sweetheart Shrimp Celebration” menu will feature: Personalized Butter Rum Shrimp Flambe, The Bartender’s Best Flaming Coffee Station, Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Prawns With Brandy Cream Sauce, Chinese Golden Shrimp Balls, Shrimp In Lobster Sauce, Golden Fried Shrimp, Shrimp Carbonara, Classic Cocktail Shrimp with Cucumber Cocktail Sauce, Southwestern Shrimp Ceviche with Avocado, Tomato & Fresh Cilantro, Sugar’d Strawberries and Triple Chocolate Mousse Parfaits.
