Following the successful launch of its “Summer Soiree” series last month, the second “Cadence Summer Soiree” event returns with a country twist on Saturday, July 13. The event happening in Cadence’s Central Park (1170 E. Sunset Rd., Henderson, NV 89011) will be held from 6-10 p.m.
Kicking things off, guests can scoot their boots and learn a few moves with line dancing classes while DJ Jace spins country hits. Headlining the event is local band Huckleberry Hicks and food trucks scheduled to participate include: Meats Gone Wild, Guido Pie, Greek Delights, The Spice is Right, Grand Slam Custard, and Cold Stone Creamery.
The Cadence Central Park playground will be in full swing and along with oversized lawn games for guests to enjoy.
The family-friendly event is open to the public with free admission to the park grounds and complimentary on-site street parking. Food and drinks will be available for purchase directly from each food truck and during the first hour of the event, attendees will be able to enjoy $1 off specialty items.
“After the success of the first Cadence Summer Soiree, we can’t wait to show attendees what each event brings,” said Cheryl Gowan, MA, APR, Vice President of Marketing of Cadence developer The LandWell Company. “Country music lovers, food enthusiasts and prospective homebuyers are all invited to experience everything Cadence has to offer.”
In addition to the July 13 event, another Summer Soiree event is slated for August 10. Entertainment for August 10 as well as future events will be announced at a later date. Stay up to date with Cadence events on social media at facebook.com/
