On Sunday, May 12th, La Strega invites guests to give Mom to the brunch she deserves and earn “Best Bambino Ever” status. La Strega, which translates to “witch” in Italian, is sure to put moms under a love spell with a menu especially curated by the head Strega herself – Chef Gina. The “Festa Della Mama” brunch features exclusive menu items like Eggs in Purgatory (organic eggs, calabrian pomodoro, prosciutto, house bread – $16), Panettone French Toast (house made panettone, brandy syrup, blueberries – $16), andSalmon Mousse & Italian Caviar, (verlasso salmon and Italian caviar which has been harvested from sturgeon in Northern Italy) – taking you and Mom around Italy by the forkful.
For moms who want to treat themselves to rest and relaxation without ever taking their heels off, colorful cocktails like the Piper (limoncello, elderflower, prosecco – $10), Frida (white rum, mango puree, mint – $13) and Mary (tomato, lemon, olive, vodka, deviled egg – $13) are sure to complement the enchanting tablescape of Italian-inspired brunch fare.
