The Neon Museum announces dates for its upcoming Junior Interpreter Tours, which are offered from 10 to 10:45 a.m. one Saturday a month during Las Vegas’ more temperate seasons. These interactive, family-fun experiences are designed specifically for adults visiting with young children, with tickets priced at just $5 per person; children 6 and younger are free.
Middle school and high school students who receive museum training serve as the Junior Interpreters – or museum guides – for these tours, which are adapted from regular Boneyard tours. Junior Interpreter Tours are appropriate for all ages but best enjoyed by children ages 5 and up accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Upcoming dates for 2019 Junior Interpreter Tours are: Jan. 19, Feb. 16, March 16, April 20 and May 25.
Due to the limited capacity of Junior Interpreter Tours, everyone in the group must have a reservation, including children age 6 and under. Photography is permitted only at the end of the tour so families may enjoy the interactive aspects of the experience together. Tours proceed rain or shine but may be canceled due to high winds and/ or lightning, in which case guests receive a full refund.
