The Grill Gathering Series at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill Downtown Summerlin is a unique and fun dinner series featuring a selection of themed eats and libation pairings, inspired by Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group’s impressive roster of chefs.
On Tuesday, Oct. 23, The Grill Gathering Series will feature its take on a New England Style Clambake as it’s second dinner of the series. Chef De Cuisine Daniel Stramm (Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin) and Executive Chef Matt Hurley (CUT at The Palazzo) have partnered to bring the well-known taste from the famous Strip restaurant to the neighborhood-oriented spot in Summerlin.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience a traditional clambake in a unique interactive setting. Kicking off at 6 p.m. with welcome appetizers, guests will then be given the opportunity to walk around to different stations and indulge in a number of traditional items including New England Clam Chowder, Steamed Main Lobster, Whoopie Pies, and more alongside expertly selected beer pairings provided by famed brewery Sierra Nevada. Adding to the excitement, Chef Stramm and Hurley will be onsite to mix and mingle with guests as they learn about the dishes and beer pairings throughout the night.
The event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. and will feature the following menu:
