Morgann, who was sporting a new hairdo with long pink box braids, arrived at the award-winning gentlemen’s club wearing a turquoise-colored bra and bottoms paired with an iridescent, sheer raincoat and platform wedges. After posing for photos on the red carpet alongside her friends, including Bravo’s reality television star, Heather Marianna, Morgann made her way to Crazy Horse 3’s VIP lounge. The birthday girl was surprised with an over-the-top celebratory bottle service, served with an intricate birthday cake decorated with a colorful octopus covering the top in honor of her own famous octopus tattoo on her backside, a banner of her popular nickname coined by fans, “Octobooty,” and oversized cutouts of her head.

Morgann was all smiles as she took a few photos with the cocktail servers holding the cutout of her heads, the cake and the birthday banner. Throughout the night, Morgann was seen enjoying herself in the front row seats of some of her favorite entertainers’ shows as she made it rain Crazy Horse 3’s ‘Diamond Dollars’ on them.
Best known as ‘Octobooty’ for her distinctive and colorful octopus tattoo on her entire lower backside down to her calves, Morgann has performed in over 150 adult film scenes and currently has over 1.5 million followers on Instagram.
