Sapphire Las Vegas has been selected as the “Official Gentlemen’s Club of AVN” for the seventh year in a row and adult stars Kendra Lust, Richelle Ryan and Isis Love will host an after party sponsored by AVN and NookieChat.com on Friday, Jan. 17.
