Blinders, Burgers & Brunch is opening in the northwest with a soft opening end of this week. Known for its mentality of conscious plant based food meets food indulgence; its menu includes the protein packed, Impossible Burger, and the favorite herbivorous butcher classic, Veggie Burger.

The restaurant uses non GMO, all natural and local ingredients to create a socially conscious menu suited to support patrons, local farmers and the community.
“Blinders Burgers & Brunch’s mission is to be inclusive and improve health of people and animals through a plant based diet. We aim to bridge the gap and make plant based food, fun, delicious and approachable,” Shantell Connor, Owner of Blinders Burgers & Brunch.
Blinders Burgers & Brunch also has a work force program with various non-profits, such as Best Buddies, New Vista and The Garden Foundation, who support young adults with intellectual disabilities or special needs.
