In conjunction with the 19th Annual Jazz in the Park Music Series, the multi-day dessert tasting event will allow guests to taste an array of desserts, have fun with dessert pairings, learn something new with a whiskey pairing masterclass, and jam out to live jazz music – all while giving back and raising funds for a great cause. A portion of the proceeds of this event will go back to The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada and Nevada PEP.

Anyone can satisfy their sweet tooth at this event with luxurious chocolates, delicious cupcakes, and various pastries. Along with desserts, an assortment of cocktails will be offered and for the serious dessert-oholics, take a liquor pairing masterclass and explore new combinations of flavors and tastes. The lineup for the Jazz in the Park Music Series includes Bill Frisell (May 19), Diane Schuur (May 26), Groove Project (June 2), and Mindi Abair & The Boneshakers (June 16).

Desserts in the Desert will take place on Saturday, May 19 & 26 and Saturday, June 2 & 16 from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Clark County Government Amphitheater. Tickets start at $15 and can be purchased at www.livetogivegroup.com.
