Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas Goes Big with Specialty Items for Father’s Day, World Cup and National Apple Strudel Day
Sunday, June 17 will be a day full of celebrations at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas, as Las Vegas’ favorite Bavarian beer hall honors dads with special menu selections for Father’s Day (Pictured: Smokehouse Platter)

June 17 is also National Apple Strudel Day. In celebration, a free scoop of ice cream will be included with the purchase of this decadent dessert. Authentic and delicious, the apple strudel at Hofbräuhaus is imported from Munich, Germany.

In addition, guests can enjoy the ultimate viewing experience for the FIFA World Cup Germany vs. Mexico game. Hofbräuhaus will open at 7 a.m. and the game begins at 8 a.m.

Father’s Day menu selections include a bowl of Bavarian goulash soup, garnished with croutons and chives for $6; Gebackener Tortenbrie, breaded brie cheese fried golden brown, served with a fresh salad bouquet and garnished with fried parsley and cranberries for $15; the HB Smokehouse Platter, a delectable dish with krainer sausage, debreziner sausage and smoked pork loin served with imported sauerkraut, homemade mashed potatoes, horseradish mustard and garnished with grilled pepperoncini and fried onions for $20; and for dessert, the Apfel Brotpudding – homemade apple bread pudding served with vanilla ice cream and whiskey anglaise for $10. Toast to the special father in your life with the Jack’d Lager – Hofbräuhaus’ famous original lager boasting a crisp hoppy flavor, spiked with a shot of Jack Daniels and garnished with lemon for $10.

Guests can also enjoy the ultimate viewing experience for the FIFA World Cup Germany vs. Mexico game with the HB Breakfast Platter, featuring scrambled eggs, homemade breakfast potatoes, boneless smoked pork loin, krainer sausage and bacon served with a small pretzel on the side. For a lighter option, try the Vegetarian Breakfast Platter with scrambled eggs, french toast with breakfast syrup, cucumbers topped with herbed sour cream served with a bowl of fruit salad on the side.
