Chef Carla Pellegrino is known around the world for her culinary expertise. Covering both coasts, Pellegrino is currently the Executive Chef at the Miami hot spot, Touche, and Executive Chef and Owner of Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina in Las Vegas.
