The nonprofit organization, Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, will re-open the Capital One/Junior Achievement Finance Park facility for the 5th consecutive year to Clark County Junior Achievement students in grades 8-12.
Finance Park provides students with the unique hands-on opportunity to learn about the financial realities of life by visiting the small-scale mock city.
Through interactive simulations, Clark County students in grades 8-12 will be assisted by their teachers and more than 400 trained volunteers, to use what they have learned in the classroom in order to experience the challenges of making financial decisions while staying within a specified budget.
