Tasty tailgate fare, prepared by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, will be served in the main dining room, as well as the Garden Bar and Lounge. Selections include petite filet mignon sandwiches with parmesan crust; hanger steak nachos; crab cakes served over fennel cole slaw; MB Steak’s signature brisket beef sliders topped with smoked bacon and Butterkäse cheese; crispy rock shrimp with cherry pepper aioli; crispy spiced onions; chicken wings, prepared traditionally or grilled; warm pretzel bites with beer cheese; pulled pork sliders topped with Chef Patrick’s house-made BBQ sauce; and chopped iceberg salad with buttermilk blue cheese and Applewood smoked bacon. Dessert offerings include cookies, cupcakes, mini carrot cakes and roasted pineapple.
Craft beer specials, signature cocktails and an array of spirits will also be available while the game is broadcast on big-screen televisions throughout the venue.
