Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken Debuts NYC-Inspired Sandwich
Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken
is kicking off 2018 with its January Sandwich-of-the-Month, The AM->PM, an Italian-inspired sandwich created in collaboration with Alexa Mehraban, who is behind one of New York City’s most popular Instagram food accounts, @eatingnyc
The AM->PM pays tribute to Mehraban’s passion for Italian cuisine, fried chicken, and the city she so deeply loves: New York. To create this buonissimo sandwich, Blue Ribbon’s signature matzo-coated fried chicken is topped with prosciutto and mortadella, along with fresh mozzarella, pickled cucumbers, lettuce and tomato, all finished with a dollop of basil pesto & sun-dried tomato mayo.

“Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken has always been my go-to fried chicken spot, for as long as I can remember, so I am thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with them on a brand-new sandwich for January,” said Mehraban. “The AM->PM is a mash-up of my favorite NYC staples – fried chicken and Italian sandwiches – and it’s the ultimate comfort food for everyone to indulge in the New Year.”

Put your New Year’s resolutions on hold and start your 2018 off right with Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken’s AM->PM, available at its New York City and Las Vegas locations for just $9.25 during the month of January.
