Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, La Cave’s CES menu is priced at $65 per person and begins with a baby kale salad mixed with shaved apple, goat cheese and almond vinaigrette. Bacon-wrapped dates with blue cheese fondue will be served for the second course, while the main course will feature American Wagyu skirt steak with baby zucchini and truffle gremolata. A dessert trio, priced at $9, will feature some of La Cave’s most popular selections.
