Guests 21 and over are encouraged to join the fiesta in Pancho’s cantina for drink specials on signature cocktails and featured throwback libations including Zima. Partygoers who dress up in 80’s attire will be eligible to win featured prizes including gift certificates, merchandise and more. Siana King will perform live renditions of the era’s classic songs.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, a Manhattan Beach institution for more than 40 years, is now open in Downtown Summerlin, serving traditional and modern Mexican fare by Executive Chef Ramon Hurtado. Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant opens at 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday and at 10 a.m. on Sundays.
