Downtown Las Vegas eating just got juicier with new menu items at Therapy restaurant. The American, gastro-style pub located on Fremont St. has added several new menu items, now available for purchase (Pictured: Therapy’s Sliced Chimichurri Steak – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).

New menu selections available during lunch and dinner include: heirloom tomato and burrata salad, mixed with roasted baby beets, pistachio, pumpernickel, heirloom tomatoes, creamy burrata cheese, balsamic and basil, priced at $13; grilled octopus with crispy chorizo, chickpea and lemon, priced at $21; roasted chicken, a crispy 10 oz. chicken breast served with roasted corn, beech mushroom, caramelized pearl onion and roasted jus, priced at $24. Additional new menu items include the Korean BBQ pork belly, a crispy pork belly marinated in Korean BBQ sauce, served with grilled peaches, roasted eggplant and spicy kimchi, priced at $24; sliced chimichurri steak made with a 12 oz. certified Angus flat iron beef, charred scallion chimichurri sauce, served with fried onion strings, priced at $29.
Executive Chef, Talen Lancaster, created decadent desserts for the new menu, including the chocolate banana bread pudding consisting of house-made chocolate bread pudding, topped with caramelized bananas, house-made banana sorbet, all drizzled with the restaurant’s own salted caramel dipping sauce mixed with Therapy Whiskey, priced at $10; and hand-made seasonal sorbet available at one serving priced at $5, two servings priced at $7 and three servings priced at $9.
