New selections include: Nantucket scallops with sweet baby carrot risotto, Spring English peas and sautéed morels; Calabrian-spiced Petaluma chicken, a half chicken marinated in Calabrian chili paste, served over grilled Broccolini, roasted tomatoes and red wine chicken jus; smoked lamb chops served over pan-seared gnocchi, dressed with chimichurri mint sauce, red Holland bell peppers and a red wine reduction; market-select oysters topped with mango sorbet, Thai chili and cucumber; and Hawaiian bigeye tuna tartare with avocado mousse, Cara Cara orange wedges and ponzu sauce. Seasonal desserts include tangerine-scented cheesecake with blueberry coulis and blood orange sorbet, among others.

New specialty cocktails include: the Americana Smash, made with Four Roses bourbon, raspberry, blackberry, simple syrup and lemon, served on the rocks; and the Jackie O. White Cosmo, a twist on the classic Cosmopolitan made with Belvedere vodka and white cranberry juice, served in a martini glass.

The final phase of Americana, a spacious lounge that hosts about 40 guests, opened the third week of May. Plus, the restaurant has prepared five separate areas in the restaurant for private events.

New selections are continually added to the menu at Americana Las Vegas, inspired by fruits and vegetables available at local farmer’s markets. Dining and event reservations are available now and may be scheduled on OpenTable or by calling 702-331-5565.
