Set overlooking the breathtaking Lake Jacqueline in Desert Shores, Americana Las Vegas will serve a decadent brunch on Mother’s Day, welcoming moms with a complimentary glass of Beau Joie Brut.
Prepared by Executive Chef and owner Stephen Blandino, Americana’s Mother’s Day brunch will offer an array of dishes served in tasting portions, including frittata with goat cheese, spinach and mushroom; eggs Benedict served with tender pork belly and hollandaise sauce; smoked salmon served atop a toasted bagel with cream cheese; “Shrimp-n-Grits” topped with a brandy reduction; Hawaiian tuna poke served with seaweed and wonton chips; and Rosa’s spaghetti and meatballs with ricotta and basil.
Starting at 12:30 p.m., Americana will be presenting a carving station and dessert bar. The carving station will feature prime rib, truffled chicken, seven herb pork loin and leg of lamb. The dessert bar will feature treats such as lemon tart, crème caramel, New York Cheesecake and more. Bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys will also be available for an additional $20.
Americana’s Mother’s Day brunch, served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, will be priced at $65 for adults $25 for children eight and older, and free for children under eight.
