The cast of “BAZ – Star Crossed Love” celebrated a production milestone Thursday, November 17. The show, which is staged at The Palazzo Las Vegas reached 100 performances and honored the occasion by welcoming a group of local children into the theatre as part of a collaboration with Positively Arts Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to using the arts to empower, inspire, and heal (Photo © Erik Kabik / www.ErikKabik.com).

Twenty children attended the event, which included a choreography lesson from the show’s lively rendition of “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” taught by “BAZ” artists Patrick Ortiz and Savannah Cross. The group also participated in a Q+A session with the cast, where they were able to ask questions about performing, overcoming fear and failure and how to always stay humble. The children then took the stage to perform the choreography they learned for the cast. After the action-packed afternoon the group made their way over to Grand Lux Cafe for dinner before sitting for the 7 p.m. show.
