Downtown Summerlin is happy to announce the return of the second annual holiday parade that will debut at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 18. Immediately following the parade, guests are invited to watch the inaugural tree lighting ceremony hosted by U.S.A. BMX gold medalist, Connor Fields! Following the tree lighting ceremony, Fields will present a check to Make-A-Wish of Southern Nevada, courtesy of Downtown Summerlin, along with signing autographs and interacting with guests.

The event also marks the arrival of Santa Claus and other special guests including holiday pop-up performances courtesy of Nevada Ballet Theatre.
The second annual holiday parade takes place in the common area streets on Park Centre Drive and will run nightly for 17 nights: Nov. 18, 19, 25, 26, Dec. 2, 3, 9, 10 and nightly Dec. 16 – 24. The must-attend holiday event offers a magical family-friendly spectacle of floats, toy soldiers, snowflake princesses and princes, nutcrackers, dancers and holiday music. Also parading through the streets are characters such as penguins, polar bears and reindeer. All shows are free and open to the general public.
