The Legendary Isley Brothers to Perform at Star of the Desert Arena
Tickets are now on sale to see Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Isley Brothers live in concert on Saturday, Jan. 21 at Star of the Desert Arena in Primm.

The Isley Brothers came on the music scene with their first million-selling single “Shout” in 1959, written and recorded by the brotherly duo, Ronald and Ernie. During the group’s early music career, they brought Jimi Hendrix and Elton John on tour before each musician pursued their respective solo musical paths. With other Top 40 hits including “Twist & Shout,” “This Old Heart of Mine,” “Who’s That Lady,” and “Summer Breeze,” the group also won a Grammy Award for the smash “It’s Your Thing,” recorded on their own label T-Neck Records.

Later in his career, Ronald Isley introduced his alter-ego “Mr. Biggs” and collaborated with hip-hop artists Snoop Dogg, Lil’ Kim, and R. Kelly as a featured artist on the hit “Down Low (Nobody Has to Know).” Today, the brothers tour and perform for doting fans around the world.

“We are so excited to have the iconic Isley Brothers perform at Star of the Desert Arena,” said Shana Gerety, vice president of marketing at Primm Valley Casino Resorts. “It gives fans a great reason to take the short drive to Primm to experience all we have to offer.”
