Ashleigh Johnson, Maggie Steffens, Kaleigh Gilchrist, KK Clark and Sami Hill indulged in Kobe beef stew spoons, chilled shellfish, crispy lobster pot stickers, sautéed Shetland Islands salmon and summer vegetables with a lemon vinaigrette.
Following dinner, the group enjoyed a VIP tour of the restaurant and kitchen led by Executive Chef Barry Dakake. During the tour, the Olympians met President and CEO of Palms Casino Resort, Todd Greenburg, and signed Chef Barry’s famous celebrity shakedown door.
