Dads can drink to Father’s Day with a “loaded beer” drink special, featuring $2 Sauza Hornitos Lime or Spiced Honey tequila shots with the purchase of any draft or bottled beer. The restaurant will also feature a special on tequila shots, with $5 pours of Sauza Hornitos Lime, Spiced Honey, or Black Barrel tequila.
Food selections will include Camarones a la Vallarta, large shrimp wrapped in bacon, sautéed in garlic, butter and white wine, served with Mexican-style rice and julienned sautéed vegetables, priced at $25.95 for dinner, with the choice of a house salad or soup of the day; the Philly Burrito, a flour tortilla filled with strips of grilled flatiron steak, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and melted cheeses, topped with enchilada sauce and melted cheese, priced at $16.95 for lunch and $18.95 for dinner; and Enchiladas Suizas, made with corn tortillas filled and rolled with chicken, then covered with Salsa Verde Especial and topped with sliced avocados and sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans, priced at $15.95 for lunch and $19.95 for dinner.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant opens at 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday and at 10 a.m. on Sundays.
