Carmine’s in The Forum Shops at Caesars will celebrate National Garlic Day on April 19 with exclusive menu items (Pictured: Pickled Garlic Martini at Carmine’s).
A twist on traditional Gibson, garlic-lovers can delight in a Pickled Garlic Martini made with your choice of vodka or gin and Carmine’s homemade pickled garlic and topped with a basil leaf.
Also on the menu is the Half and Half Garlic Bread with mozzarella cheese melted on one-half of Carmine’s signature garlic bread top with grated Romano cheese.
Don’t fret garlic breath as guests can freshen up with complimentary mouthwash in each restroom throughout the restaurant.
