Cantina Laredo, Las Vegas’ go-to spot for Modern Mexican cuisine, introduces several new dishes to both their lunch and dinner menus. New menu items are now available. The freshly introduced options include:
- Queso Blanco – White queso with poblano peppers, spinach and artichokes. Offered for $8.49.
- Chuleta de Cerdo – 10 oz. bone-in pork chop with guajillo-tamarind sauce. Offered for $19.99 and only available for dinner. (Pictured)
- Cascabel Ribeye – 16 oz. Certified Angus Beef bone-in ribeye aged 21 days then basted with Cascabel marinade. Available for dinner only and offered for $29.99.
- Guiso de Pollo – Chicken and tomatillo stew with roasted red peppers, mushrooms, asparagus and queso fresco. Offered for $14.99 at dinner and $12.29 at lunch.
- Tacos de Pollo Tinga – Spiced pulled chicken with onions and cilantro. Available only at lunch and offered for $9.29.
- Tacos de Picadillo – Seasoned taco beef with onions and cilantro. Available only at lunch and offered for $9.29.
- Relleno de Hongos – Cremini mushrooms, Oaxaca cheese, corn, spinach and zucchini in a poblano pepper. Available only at lunch and offered for $11.29.
- Pollo Tinga Flautas – Chicken tinga rolled in crispy tortillas, topped with with poblano sauce, lettuce, avocado, queso fresco, and sour cream drizzle. Available only at lunch and offered for $10.99.
- Huevos Rancheros – Traditional egg dish topped with ranchera sauce. Previously available on the brunch menu, but now on the lunch menu. Offered for $10.99.
