The kitchens of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts overflowed with cookies, just as they have been for each of the last nine years, as the students, staff and volunteers make, bake and pack more than 10,000 cookies for the troops deployed from Nellis Air Force Base (Pictured: Chef Brenda Villatoro and Student Justin Koh).
The annual effort culminated on Monday, December 14 when the final boxes were packed and handed over to a dedicated team from Nellis that ships the cookies to deployed troops around the globe.
